SynergyOne is now able to offer BT line rental at discounted rates. This means that
customers not only benefit from just one bill for all telecoms services but they
save money. The new service covers analogue lines, ISDN2, ISDN30, ADSL, other broadband
and all data circuits. It can also include telephone system maintenance.
With Synergy One customers not only make savings on line rental but they also get
discounted rates for any associated BT services like call waiting, call diverts,
voicemail, etc. Lower call costs do not mean a compromise in the quality and reliability
of the network infrastructures used. We utilise the best network providers to ensure
that you get the right service & the reassurance of knowing that you have year
round support.
Many of our network providers also offer a Fraud Prevention service whereby your
call usage is constantly monitored and any unusual call patterns brought to your
attention before they spiral out of control.

can choose as many or as few from over 10 reports available. The bill, issued monthly,
comes in a variety of formats. The customer can choose from a traditional printed
bill which is posted, an electronic version via email, or they can manage their
account online via the Internet and print their own bills as and when required.
