Transferring your Line Rental will not affect any existing services. We will continue
to bill you for these services at our discounted rates.

What happens if there is a fault or problem with my phone line?

event that a fault occurs on the BT network and your phone line is affected simply

Billing and Payment - Paying your business phone bill
We will prepare a business phone bill each month and send it to your registered
billing address by post and via email. Unless we agree otherwise, we ask you to
pay your account by the due date shown on your bill.
We will add any monthly charges for your services, such as BT Line Rental charges
to your current bill. Your phone bill will clearly describe the BT Business Line
Rental services, together with the BT Business calls charges that apply to you and
any discount you may be entitled to.
Business telephone calls are charged in arrears and BT phone line rentals in advance.
Ways to pay
Unless otherwise agreed payment by Direct Debit is mandatory. Direct Debit is safe
and fully protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee. Download aDirect Debit form

Under special circumstances we may also accept payments by cheque, bank transfer
(BACS) or credit/debit card.
Paying Your Bill
You can make a payment in several ways:-
- Pay by Telephone / Internet Banking
- Instruct your bank to make payment to Bank Sort Code 40-04-37, Account Number 51612336.
- Please remember to quote your Account Number that appears on your invoice.
- Please allow 5 working days for the payments to credit your account.
- Pay by Post (by cheque) - Please make your cheque payable to SynergyOne
If you are sending postal orders please retain your counterfoil until the payment
is credited to your account.

order and allow 5 working days for the payments to credit your account.
- Pay by Direct Debit You will need to fill in a Direct Debit form and return this
to us. Please ring us on 01707 291 291 and we will email you a form immediately.

Please keep making payments in the normal way until a message on your invoice confirms
that your payments will be taken automatically.
The Direct Debit Guarantee
- All Banks and Building Societies that take part in the Direct Debit Scheme offer
this guarantee
- The efficiency and security of the scheme is monitored and protected by your own
Bank or Building Society.
- If the amounts to be paid or the payments dates change, 4tel will notify you 14
working days in advance of your account being debited or as otherwise agreed.
- If an error is made by SynergyOne or your Bank or Building Society, you are guaranteed
a full and immediate refund from your branch of the amount paid.
- You can cancel a Direct Debit at any time in writing to your Bank or Building Society.
Please also send a copy of your letter to us.
We will take this automatically and your payment will reach us in time.

When we prepare bills, we check them thoroughly to make sure we have charged you
correctly. If you have a query regarding your bill, please call one of our advisors
immediately on 01707 291 291 so we can explain your charges or, if necessary, investigate
the matter further.
