The client's telephone system had been using 150 BT Analogue lines in their Call Room and a BT Meridian Option 11 for the Administration Office.
Whilst these BT products proved to be reliable the client was unable to get important call data statistics from the Call Room, and the Administration Office could not communicate with the Call Room unless they dialled out over the BT PSTN and back in again.
The client also wanted to be able to listen into conversations, for training purposes, and integrate the data that the Telemarketers were using with the telephone system.
The client also wanted to future-proof their investment with an IP enabled solution so that they could take advantage of Home working, Twinning, Hot Desking and Softphones when the time was right.
Being a Telemarketing Call Centre the client had a high call spend which they were looking to reduce and manage better.
After looking at products from Avaya, Siemens, Nortel and Samsung, the client placed the business with SynergyOne for a Toshiba CIX670 Telephone System with 120 Channels of ISDN30, 250 Digital Extensions and 16 IP ports split between in Office Hot Desking for a new Sales Team, Home workers and Softphone users.
SynergyOne were able to use their BT Wholesale and BT Openreach partner status to provide the 120 Channels of ISDN30 completely free of charge, reduce the clients call charges and most importantly create a budget to help pay for the new IP Telephone System.
SynergyOne provided a monthly credit on the client's monthly phone bill to pay the 36 month lease purchase payments, therefore effectively giving the client a FREE Telephone System.
This innovative leasing solution also provided a Call Management system and Voice Recording equipment to enable the client to maximise the productivity of their Call Room employees.
