When SynergyOne first spoke with this client they were asked to look at their Birmingham Office telephone system as all the staff felt it was out of date and lacked functionality.
Upon a thorough site survey SynergyOne found that the system was a Toshiba DK280 which had not been installed correctly in the first instance.
SynergyOne suggested that rather than replacing the system the client only needed to upgrade the Processor and the CCU with the latest CIX software.
Once the system had been upgraded by our skilled, manufacturer qualified technicians all of the new features and benefits would be available, for a fraction of the cost.
Naturally the client was slightly nervous about spending more money on upgrading the existing system, however after a full on-site demonstration from SynergyOne's Business Development Team and Toshiba the client was happy to proceed with the suggestion of upgrading the Toshiba system using all the existing cards and handsets to achieve what they wanted.
All Toshiba phone systems allow for backwards compatibility which essentially meant in this case that a seven year old system was able to be upgraded to the latest IP enabled solution for a couple of thousand pounds rather than ten's of thousands of pounds.
Due to the excellent service offered and delivered with the Birmingham site SynergyOne have gone on to install Toshiba telephone systems at the client's offices in Glasgow, Manchester, Leeds, City of London and London Head Quarters over the last 5 years.
SynergyOne offer a complete solution for all sites including, business phone lines and cheaper business calls via our BT Wholesale and BT Openreach partner agreements, equipment maintenance, training and consultancy.
We are now looking at connecting all sites via the client's existing Wide Area Network (WAN) to provide free calls between sites and utilise spare resource during busy timescales therefore cutting down on the number of phone answering staff required at each site.
