Splicecom IP Business Telephones
SpliceCom have designed a 21st Century Business Telephone Application - the Proactive
Communications Station (PCS) - that reflects the intuitive use and operation associated
with Mobile Phones, but delivered with today's business requirements in mind. The
PCS application can be supplied as software only (PCS
50) or running on a dedicated IP hardware terminal: The
PCS 410 full colour, touchscreen phone. The
PCS 100 is a dedicated, IP System Phone, whilst the
PCS 10 and PCS 5
are traditional business phones which complete the range. All physical PCS terminals
can be desk or wall mounted.
PCS 410
|
Probably the Best Business Telephone in the World. Uniquely, the PCS 410 provides
640 x 480 full colour touch screen access to dedicated easy to use, icon driven,
system features and much, much more including Web, Intranet, IP Video/Web Cam access
and web-enabled content delivery. The PCS 410 provides an integrated desktop LAN
switch with Quality of Service (QoS) allowing it to be run 'in serial' with a desktop
PC and does not require the installation of a dedicated socket.

PCS 50
|
The PCS 50 is the software only version of the Proactive Communications Station.
Compatible with Windows, Mac OS X and Linux it can be installed on the User's desktop
or Laptop PC and can be used to "partner" the PCS 100, PCS 10, PCS 5 or existing
Analogue Phones. Alternatively, when a USB handset, or headset/microphone - or even
a Bluetooth headset in the case of the Mac OS X variant - is connected to the PC
it can be used as an IP Softphone.

PCS 100

The PCS 100 is an IP Phone presented as a conventional business telephone, which
compares favourably with dedicated Digital System Phones provided on traditional
PBX and Key Systems. The PCS 100 delivers Caller ID, a dedicated Direct Station
Select/Busy Lamp Field and eight context sensitive keys for simple and easy access
to system features.

PCS 10
|
The PCS 10 has been specifically developed for SpliceCom, to meet the traditional
telephony needs demanded of a maximiser system phone. Extremely easy to use thanks
to its clear display, ten pre-programmed system function keys and integrated voicemail
management, the PCS 10 is a stylishly designed and fully featured terminal.

PCS 5

The PCS 5 is an attractively priced, business quality, desktop phone. Offering integrated
voicemail management keys and system feature guide, the PCS 5 is SpliceCom's entry-level
phone being ideally suited for both standalone, traditional, telephony requirements,
or to partner the PCS 50.

Analogue Phone

Many businesses will have already deployed large quantities of Analogue phones for
use with their old telephone systems. In most cases these can be re-used with maximiser
- and further energized through the use of a PCS 50 running as a "partner" to the
phone.

Splicecom Maximiser
A business telephone system, designed and developed for those companies requiring
between 4 and 10,000 IP or analogue ports. This phone system is completely scalable.
All Splicecom maximiser systems are built around just four modules representing
two core components - Call Server and Phone Module.
The 5108 Call Server - has been specifically designed to meet the needs of smaller
businesses and the branch offices of larger organisations. The Splicecom maximiser
system embraces open industry standards and all maximiser solutions appear to customers,
employees and system administrators alike as a single system, no matter how many
separate sites, homeworkers or mobile employees are encompassed.
The Splicecom maximiser IP business phone system is configured and managed as a
single system via a standard web browser.

Proactive Communication Station (PCS)
To compliment maximiser's advanced capabilities SpliceCom offer a wide range of
Proactive Communication Stations (PCS), to deliver the ultimate in desktop productivity.
PCS 410 is SpliceCom's latest version of the world's first "keyless" IP Phone featuring
an integrated, full-size VGA (Video Graphics Array), LCD touch screen, to provide
context sensitive displays & information. Graphical icons are used to control
telephony functions in the same intuitive manner you associate with mobile phones.
The PCS 410 can also have pages from the World Wide Web, intranet or web-enabled
applications "pushed" directly to its screen. The PCS 100 is an IP System Phone
combing all the advantages of IP Telephony with the ease-of-use associated with
traditional key phones. The PCS 10 is a display phone with pre-configured system
access keys, whilst the PCS 5 is an entry-level business phone and completes the
range.
An un-bundled version of the PCS 410 application - PCS 50 - which runs on Windows,
Mac OS X and Linux PCs/laptops, is supplied as standard with maximiser. This application
can either be utilised as an IP Softphone (Windows/Mac OS X only) or as a "partner"
to the PCS 100/10/5 or existing analogue phone.
